
Llech y Dribedd
The chambered tomb of Llech y Dribedd, which is also known as the Alter-stone, is found on a public footpath between Nevern and Moylgrove.
It's name 'Llech y Dribedd' is Welsh for 'tripodium'. , however, there are actually four supporting stones, although one does not touch the capstone.
The dolman is oval in shape and measures around 9 metres in circumference. The capstone is around 4 and a half foot thick at one end and only four inches at the other end.
