Castell Hendre

This is a motte castle, which is also known as Henrys Moat and Castell Hendrev. It has a sub-circular mound measuring 30 metres in diameter and 3.2 metres high. It does not have a surrounding ditch, although a curved indent in the churchyard to the SW may signal the former presence of such a feature.
